Qualification to practice the profession in statistics, obtained at the University of Bologna, in 1993.
Post-graduate scholarship in Medical Statistics and Biometrics at the Mario Negri Sud Consortium Pharmacological and Biomedical Research Center, from 1993 to 1995.
Qualification of Biomedical Research Specialist at the Mario Negri Consortium Pharmacological and Biomedical Research Center. Statistician collaborator in Medical Statistics and Biometrics at the Center for Pharmacological and Biomedical Research Consorzio Mario Negri Sud, from 1996 to 1998.
PhD in Statistical Methodology for Scientific Research (XI cycle), obtained in February 2000 at the University of Bologna.
